By accessing or using the Leadhawk Learning website, Online Reputation Score, Protect Your Brand Challenge, digital resources, workshops, or related materials (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Educational Purpose

The Leadhawk Learning Online Reputation System is designed for:

  • educational awareness

  • leadership development

  • personal reflection

  • reputation awareness

  • digital behavior discussions

 

The Services are intended to encourage thoughtful reflection and intentional decision-making related to online behavior and personal reputation.

 

The Services are not intended to serve as:

  • psychological evaluations

  • mental health treatment

  • legal advice

  • employment screening

  • admissions screening

  • disciplinary systems

  • surveillance or monitoring tools

 

Participation is voluntary unless otherwise directed by a partnering organization.

3. Online Reputation Score Disclaimer

The Online Reputation Score is an educational and reflection-based awareness tool intended to help users consider how online behavior may be interpreted by others.

Scores:

  • are not scientific measurements

  • are not predictive guarantees

  • do not determine character or worth

  • should not be used as disciplinary evidence

  • should not be used as sole decision-making criteria for schools, employers, coaches, or organizations

 

Results are intended solely for educational and self-reflective purposes.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own:

  • online activity

  • decisions

  • communications

  • social media usage

  • personal conduct

 

Leadhawk Learning does not guarantee specific personal, academic, athletic, professional, or social outcomes from participation in the Services.

5. Minors

Some Services may be used by individuals under the age of 18.

Parents, guardians, schools, organizations, coaches, or program facilitators are encouraged to review and supervise participation where appropriate.

Leadhawk Learning does not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from minors beyond information voluntarily provided through participation or website usage analytics.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Leadhawk Learning, including but not limited to:

  • text

  • graphics

  • branding

  • visuals

  • videos

  • worksheets

  • journals

  • certificates

  • course materials

  • challenge content

  • assessments

  • downloadable resources

 

is the property of Leadhawk Learning unless otherwise stated.

 

Materials may not be:

  • copied

  • reproduced

  • resold

  • redistributed

  • modified

  • publicly republished

 

without prior written permission from Leadhawk Learning.

Organizations participating in approved partnerships or pilot programs may use authorized materials solely for their intended educational purposes.

7. Certificates & Participation Validation

Completion certificates, journals, and participation resources are provided as educational participation acknowledgments.

 

Certificates indicate completion of the Protect Your Brand Challenge experience and do not represent:

  • professional certification

  • academic credit

  • licensing

  • accreditation

  • employment qualification

 

Organizations are responsible for determining how participation may be recognized within their own programs.

8. Third Party Platforms & Links

Leadhawk Learning may utilize or link to third-party services and platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Wix

  • Render

  • social media platforms

  • analytics providers

  • payment processors

 

Leadhawk Learning is not responsible for the policies, content, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Users should review the policies of those platforms independently.

9. Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by the Leadhawk Learning Privacy Policy.

Users acknowledge that certain non-personal technical information may be collected automatically through website usage, analytics tools, cookies, or related technologies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadhawk Learning and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Schools, athletic departments, youth organizations, nonprofits, foundations, and other groups using the Services are responsible for:

  • determining appropriate implementation methods

  • ensuring participation aligns with their organizational standards

 

Use of Leadhawk Learning materials does not create a formal partnership unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

12. Modifications to Services

Leadhawk Learning reserves the right to:

  • update content

  • modify programs

  • change pricing

  • discontinue services

  • revise materials

  • update these Terms of Use

 

at any time without prior notice.

 

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
